Event Terms & Conditions

 

1. About the Event

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all attendees (“You” or “Attendee”) of Bra Fitting & Community Confidence Event, organised by The Bra Bible (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Event Details

  • Evennt: Bra Fitting & Community Confidence Event

  • Date: Various

  • Venue: The Function Room, The Oliver Branch, Wimborne

  • Organiser: The Bra Bible We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, or timing if necessary.

 

3. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Your ticket is only valid once payment has been received and you have received confirmation from us.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the organiser.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Event cancellations: If the event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any additional costs (e.g., travel or accommodation) incurred by attendees.

  • In the event of postponement, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.

 

5. Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to:

  • Substitute speakers, fitters, or facilitators due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Alter or adjust the event schedule for operational reasons. All changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

 

6. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Private fitting areas will be provided, and all staff are trained to handle fittings professionally and respectfully.

  • Attendees are expected to treat staff and other guests with courtesy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately, without refund.

  • If you have accessibility requirements or medical needs, please inform us in advance.

 

7. Liability

  • Attendees participate at their own risk.

  • We are not liable for: Personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the event. Any injury or allergic reaction unless caused by our negligence.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

8. Photography & Media

  • We may photograph or record parts of the event for marketing and social media purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us at the event.

  • You are welcome to take personal photos, provided they do not disturb others or compromise privacy.

 

9. Data Protection

  • Your personal data (name, email, contact details) will be used only for event administration and, where consented, future marketing.

  • Data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Inclusivity

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
